I bought a wireless headset, but it just won't connect to my iPhone. I've shot off two emails asking for assistance, but haven't heard back. The manual that was included seems to belong to another model. Overall, I'm really not happy with Audiomate.

Ordering online was a breeze, and my item showed up the next day. I'm really impressed with how they handled everything.

- I searched high and low online before making my purchase, and this was the best deal I found (for the same 100m of eagle cable). Everything showed up the very next day, and there’s a phone number right at the top of the site if you need to chat with someone (though I didn’t). Make sure to peek at the clearance section before you hit that final button; I ended up with triple the spec cable for the same cost. (!Check when it arrives! I got eagle 2-core screened in red, 6mm OD. I ordered 100m drums, and two of them had about 15m cut off. I didn’t measure to see if what’s left is 85 or 100m, but just a heads up, 100/85m won’t fit on the speed reels I have. So yeah, I’d definitely buy again, 5 stars all the way!)
